Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach
I’m a compassionate but honest coach who helps people recognize their strength and challenge
My journey into coaching began with my own physical and mental transformation. After struggling with my weight, confidence, and mental health, I ultimately lost 70 pounds—but the greatest change wasn’t simply physical. Fitness taught me discipline, gave me confidence, and helped me recognize how strong and capable I truly was.
Before becoming a coach, I worked as a firefighter and EMT, where I developed a deep appreciation for resilience, service, and being someone others could depend on. Those experiences, along with my own fitness journey, shaped me into the coach I am today.
I created Elevate with Kendall to help others build strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with themselves. I believe fitness should enhance your life—not consume it—and my goal is to help every client create sustainable habits that support both their physical and mental well-being.
My turning point came when I realized that I was no longer willing to let my weight, mental health, or lack of confidence control how I lived my life. Losing 70 pounds required me to prove to myself that I was capable of doing difficult things, but it also taught me that true transformation is about much more than a number on the scale.
My purpose as a coach is to help people build strength that improves their everyday lives—not just strength that looks good in the gym. I want my clients to have more energy, move without fear, keep up with their kids, carry their groceries, feel capable in their bodies, and remain strong and independent as they get older.
I know what it feels like to struggle with your body, confidence, and mental health. I also know how powerful it is when fitness helps you feel capable again. I’m motivated by watching my clients realize they can do things that once felt difficult or impossible, both inside and outside the gym. My goal is to help people create realistic, sustainable habits that make life feel better—not make fitness their entire life.
